Hello, my name is Bill Braylark, your host of the show. We have a new look and a new name, Club 'Acai' Radio. Our mission is the same, sharing ways for you to live to a 120 without being feeble minded and all bent over with arthritis, and various disease. The primary three areas of concern are; 1) What you eat, 2) How you exercise, 3) How much sleep you get, 4) How you manage stress and 5) Your successful finances.
